Using poly-steel construction, these doors are engineered to offer the BEST control of light and temperature fluctuation in poultry facilities. We offer several inlet options for ceiling and sidwall applications.

ALL OF EAST IOWA PLASTICS DOORS FEATURE

Rigid Construction. Steel Reinforced door covered in non-corrosive black plastic.
Insulation board is completely enclosed in black, High-Impact Polystyrene (HIPS).
Formed side shields help to direct the flow of air and increase the air flow velocity (DF-48W2 and DF-60).
Oversized self-lubricating hinges will NEVER rust or corrode.	Locking Tab and Eye bolt

LARGE airflow opening allows for greater airflow and potentially fewer inlets. (To increase airflow, the two crossbeams may be removed AFTER completed installation.)

East Iowa Plastics door-seal covers the gaps and reduces air & light infusion.
The door is bonded together by sonic welding, to insure many years of useful product life.
Engineered angled doorframe guarantees the door will open, even at .0 degrees of static pressure.
Sidewall Mounted Doors: The frame is angled to provide maximum ventilation with minimal opening. Air is immediately directed upward to center of house for superior circulation.
Ceiling Mounted Doors: We have inverted the angle on our frame to take advantage of the slope of the ceiling. Air is immediately directed along the ceiling to the center of the house for maximum circulation.
